機器在生產中的最高速度可達8秒/模，上下模成型采用伺服控制系統，加上整體先進配套的自動化系統，可適應各種片材。該機型具備最人性化的模具更換結構，大大縮短換模時間，先進的加熱系統，采用智能模塊控溫，響應快，時間短，爭取最高效益，低成本。新型的電爐，加熱框全部使用不銹鋼加裝隔熱板材料設計，重量經，成本低，散熱快，簡潔的外觀。加熱器采用的德國陶瓷紅外線輻射加熱器，固態繼電器無觸點輸出，保證升溫快，精度高，穩定，溫控誤差±1℃。

送片鏈條采用進口帶齒雙排滾子鏈，整體式合金鏈條導軌，結構緊湊，導軌加裝冷卻水路、冷卻效率高，內循環水路，節省水源。各伺服電機都設置了熱保護裝置，以防止伺服電機因長期工作而過載過流而損壞設備，各電機均安裝了過流保護裝置。
